Vision and Purposes:
"The Way"
Acts 19:23 "And about that time there arose no small disturbance concerning the Way."
1) Created in "Worship"
2) Sustained by "Love" – Foundation
3) Vision or Goal – "Warfare" (Prayer)
Vision of the "Way":
"The Way" Isaiah 61:1-3
A "center" for the display of God's Glory and Splender in:
- Worship
- Love
- Healing
- Deliverance
Birthed and Maintained By "Prayer" Which is the Emphasis of the "Way".
Prayer must not be just a by product of the "Way". Prayer is the Life and Breath from it's beginning to
end!
The "Way" is a center planted by the Lord, to experience God's spiritual fulfillment for the spirit, soul
and body of the believer and unbeliever alike.
A place where the "Presence of God" fills the heart with Love, Joy and Peace;
A place where the "Intimancy of God" is ever present;
A place where ALL who come and seek God, will find Him;
A place where the Holy Spirit has "Full Control" –
- To Move as He Pleases
- To Speak as He Wills
- To Change as He Desires
The "Way" is a center for "Discipleship". Discipling men and women for the work of the ministry.
The Purposes and Ways of achievement of this purposes:
1) To Seek and Find God;
- A new revelation of the Intimacy of the Father.
- A revealing of Jesus' Love.
- Transforming the spirit, and soul, and body into the image of God.
2) Prayer and Intercession;
- Seeking and Finding the Heart and Mind of God for every situtation.
- Increasing not decreasing in the time spent praying.
- From 2 hours each day, to 24 hours each day.
3) To "Worship" God in the Spirit of the Tabernacle of David;
- A covering of Worship and Praise.
- Giving God the Worship and Praise, He alone deserves.
4) To proclaim liberty to the captives;
- For the Salvation of Soul's manifested by the Holy Spirit.
- To bind up the brokenhearted.
- To Exort, To Comfort, To Proclam the "Way" – Jesus Christ.
5) To administer "Healing" through the authority of Jesus Christ;
- The opening of the prison to them that are bound by sickness and disease.
6) "Deliverance" of the eyes and minds of them that are bound by Satans power;
- The deliverance from prison, for captives are as it were blind in the darkness of prison.
7) To Manifast the "Love of Jesus" and the "Oil, and the Fire, and the Wind of the Holy Spirit";
- Not only proclame the Love of Jesus, but to see the reality in the lives of thoes who
attend the "Way".
- To pour out upon each the Oil of the Spirit. The anointing of joy instead of mourning.
- To experence the "Fire of Repentance", for believer and unbeliever.
- To witness the "Wind of Power and Healing" for each life.
