Gallery " Academy " has presented M.Stahov's and S.Marchenko's project

it is our land … we live here

Photo-exhibition is result of participation of authors of the project on two expeditions to the Ukrainian Polesye and the Zone of alienation.

    Chernobyl... it is a synonym of global technical accident.
    Chernobyl... it is a symbol burning for Ukrainian people.
    Chernobyl... it became a great lesson for all world.
    Chernobyl..., whether is it is a lesson for us?
The Chernobyl tragedy which has taken place in the spring 1986, is one of the biggest tragedies of XX century.
Its consequences will be felt on the Ukrainian land still long ...

And the given project is an attempt to look at tragedy through the certain time interval. It is attempt to analyse that has taken place, already eyes of the Ukrainian living in ХХІ century.
